At Inaya Accessories, we want you to be completely in love with your new fashion pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the accessories are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Inaya branded packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
